EDUCATION
We Are Social have worked with ATP to create a multi-channel framework that allows players and agents to engage with ATP and We Are Social based on their unique needs and schedules, no matter their level of social, digital or wider expertise.
Social-media related education, support and guidance will be provided to players through various forms on a regular basis, each of which are detailed below.
SOCIAL MEDIA TOOLKIT
The social media toolkit has been designed to give ATP players and agents a foundational level of knowledge and skills to elevate their social media presence.
Key areas of the toolkit include:
- How and why to use social media to your advantage as an athlete
- Understand key differences between platforms
- How to use the content that you are provided by ATP Tour and ATP Media
- The benefit of data analytics and data reporting
- How to use social media to unlock commercial opportunities
INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT
A private IG feed has been set up specifically for ATP players and agents which provides a regular drumbeat of digestible, relevant and timely social media-related insights and educational material.
Examples include:
- How to use TikTok video replies to hack the algorithm
- How to tag brands in paid posts on Instagram for sponsored content
- Round up from the week and trends to get on board with
TOUR WEEKLY
A new education column to become a regular spot in Tour Weekly that will include the most timely and significant updates, and provide signposting to the private IG channel, and to upcoming eduation opportunities.
This column will also be used to highlight star performers across ATP players and wider, to serve as inspiration and education to players.
